Booking Your Stay on the Sarana Hôtel & Spa Website
When you make a reservation online via the official SARANA HÔTEL & SPA website (www.sarana-hotel.com),
Sarana Hôtel & Spa guarantees that the entire booking process is secured via an HTTPS URL.
Sarana Hôtel & Spa also guarantees to take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of any personal data you provide, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Your banking details are collected solely for the purpose of processing payments for the services you have booked and are handled securely. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy, specifically the section “How your data is protected”.
Booking and Payment Terms
While browsing the official Sarana Hôtel & Spa website, you can book your stay online.
Personal information will be requested to process your reservation. Only fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
A summary of your order will appear at the end of your transaction. Please check all booking details and report any discrepancies to: reservations@thevictoriacollection.com. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Booking Guaranteed by Credit Card
If you choose to guarantee your reservation with a credit card, the following payment conditions will apply (especially when booking through our website):
An amount of 30% or 50% of the total cost of the stay (excluding extras such as tourist taxes or additional services) will be charged by the hotel. The required deposit will vary depending on the season and will be indicated during the booking process.
A direct debit authorization form will be sent to you by email and must be returned to Sarana Hôtel & Spa in order for the charge to be processed. You will receive a receipt once the debit is made.
The credit card used for the booking and a valid photo ID in the same name must be presented upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to decline your booking if the authorized bodies do not validate your credit card number. Your card will also allow you to settle additional charges at the end of your stay without having to pay at each service point.
Booking Guaranteed and Payment via Bank Transfer
If you choose to guarantee your booking via bank transfer, payment must be completed at least 48 hours before arrival. Proof of transfer must be sent by email to Sarana Hôtel & Spa. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking if this condition is not met.
Vouchers and Gift Certificates
If you wish to purchase a voucher or gift certificate, 100% of the total amount of the selected service will be required to confirm the purchase. The voucher or gift certificate will be sent to you by email. The recipient must present it in order to redeem the services at Sarana Hôtel & Spa.
Authorization to Use Our Brand Image
Any company, business, or organization wishing to use the SARANA HOTEL name, logo, or any other representation for promotional purposes (such as giveaways or gift vouchers) must obtain prior written authorization from the hotel.
Sarana Hôtel reserves the right to refuse authorization at its discretion, particularly if the intended use may harm the hotel’s reputation, brand image, or commercial interests. Unauthorized use of our brand image will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.
Interested parties are encouraged to contact us in advance to ensure respectful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The hotel also reserves the right to request additional information about the intended use of our brand image and to define specific conditions for its use.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, fees will apply depending on the date of cancellation and the scheduled stay date at Sarana Hôtel & Spa.
Prices
Taxes
Prices listed on our website include VAT but exclude the local tourist tax, which is mandatory and must be paid on site at check-out.
This tax is fully remitted to the local municipality and is currently set at €1.50 per person (aged 12 and over), per night for a 4-star hotel.

House Rules
Room bookings at Sarana Hôtel & Spa are reserved for legal adults with the capacity to contract. By booking a room, the guest expressly declares they meet these conditions.
Guests agree to use their assigned room and hotel facilities responsibly, in accordance with regulations, good conduct, and public order.
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay and for any missing objects, linens, or furniture belonging to the hotel.
If damage is noted or an item is missing after the guest’s departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the damages within 48 hours.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room constitutes damage, and the hotel may charge 50% of the room rate for non-compliance.
In case of behavior contrary to good morals or public order, the hotel may ask the guest to leave immediately, without any refund or compensation.
Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. Failure to do so may be considered gross negligence.
Upon arrival, guests may be required to fill out a registration card and present a valid form of ID, in accordance with legal requirements.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Late check-out may result in a charge for an additional night.
Early Arrival & Late Departure
Guests may request early check-in (before 2:00 PM) or late check-out (after 11:00 AM). This service is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.
PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed at Sarana Hôtel & Spa—this includes guest rooms, restaurants, spa, and all common areas.
Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer in a dispute with a professional has the right to free access to consumer mediation through AME Conso.
